In the midst of frozen water pipes and downed power lines, Dale showed up the same day, and went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure that I had running water restored- due to an outside above-ground water pipe that had frozen solid~ he even made sure that the pipe was insulated well with pipe tube-insulation and heat tape~ the man talks about his family and how valuable they are to him~~ I was left with a feeling of reassurance that there are still very decent people out there.
