Wonderful buying experience. I had been looking for an affordable trailer for several months. But most web sites are for pickup in South GA. I like to see items in person before buying. The Commerce Big Tex Trailer location is perfect if you like friendly professional customer service and quality products that are ready for immediate pickup. I arrived at 4:30pm and by 5:10pm had made my selection and signed all paperwork. Financing was a breeze and extremely fast. i.e., A Very pour work on install of truck bed instead of unpluging wires to factory bed just cut them and left live hanging under truck put on gas filler neck truck would not take diesel nozzle the DEF poured out form under truck when filled the lights read that they where all not working and i was told by the head installer that most of there customers just over look the lights flashing fast as and that the computer says there out as long as they are working!!! I have taking it to them 5 times and now I'm dealing with a wiring problem that has melted everthing together i would not recomend this place to my worst enemy oh yeah it was a one week old 2014 dodge 3500 laramie that they hacked onlocal favorite, or highly recommended because

I was quoted a price back in December. I went in today WITH CASH IN HAND, ready to buy a more expensive trailer. I walked out with no trailer. I refuse to support this business or the manager. I went and supported another business w/ a manager w/ better customer service skills.
