I met Chuck in Jan of 2012 he is very knowledgeable of the equipment he has, I also hafta admit I like his sense of humor, and as far as a radio repair person, although he didn't do any repairs for me and in my 25 yrs of traveling these truck stops, there is no one better in any CB shop that can compare, I've seen & talked to rip-offs all over the country and I don't think Chuck could rip-off anyone if he had to.
