Commack High School operates under the Commack Union Free School District. It offers classes from grades nine through 12 and enrolls more than 2,000 students every year. Commack High School offers a wide range of subjects, including English, language arts, physics, chemistry, biology, world history and geography, algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and health and physical education. Additionally, it offers fine arts, computer applications and extracurricular activities. The school, based in Commack, N.Y., provides a number of facilities that include art rooms, a computer laboratory, media center and cafeteria. Commack High School has a parent-teacher association that participates in several school events and activities. Commack Union Free School District also operates other schools, including Burr Intermediate School, Indian Hollow Primary School and Rolling Hills Primary School.
