I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. They put in a new furnace and worked until 11:30pm to get me operating after one of the worst weeks of my life. Experienced horrific pipe bursts, flooding, and personal trauma. Will worked for 3 days to fix a horrific pipe bursting situation and repairs all over, in a flooded space. And to top it off.....after all they had done to fix us and replace us and get us back operating....this morning they sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen!!!!!!!! Now that....is classy! They will never know how much that self-less act of kindness made me feel after the week I'd been through. This place is phenomenal. I would not only recommend them.....I'd want to marry them into my family! Thank you ComfortWorks and Waterworks for the outstanding job you did for us at 190. You have a fan....for life!

Called Waterworks and described exactly what I needed. (1) We had a non-working disposal. (2) We had a crack in our Moen Gravity Faucet retractable hose and needed a new hose. Moen makes LITERALLY one retractable hose for that kind of kitchen sink. Explained to dispatch exactly what part was needed, was assured this would be no problem. The one good thing - they came on time and same day. Repair man showed up without the part. Stated as IMMEDIATE statement "we don't carry that part on our trucks". Complained how hard it is to get the part (I ordered it while he was complaining on Amazon to ship within 24 hrs). Fixed the disposal (which was one turn of an Allen wrench) and then charged $160 (!!!!). Calling the Credit Card in took longer than the actual repair. Two days later received a call from "Customer Service" Manager Beverly who for 15 minutes explained to me how I was wrong and never apologized. Charge included a $60 trip fee, which does not comply with OH law - O.A.C. 109:4-3-05

Terrible experience! They said it would be $294 for the first two hours to clear a sewer drain and then $98 per hour after that. They arrived over an hour late. After they got there they told me there would also be a $50 "trip fee". Then the service guy answered about 8-10 calls on his phone in the first two hours and charged while he was talking on the phone, probably added up it was about half an hour on the phone not working. I called the company and asked for $100 refund. They gave $50 because I wasn't told about the trip fee but wouldn't give anything for the guy being on the phone so much. I filed a negative review with the better business bureau and Waterworks submitted an answer that was based on half truths. Typical corporate damage control. I will NEVER hire this company again. And I will NEVER refer them to anyone.

Best thing about this company is there is no waiting around until they show up. They will call you 30 minutes prior and they were there in less than 30 minutes. They are straight and up front with estimates prior to any work. They fixed my clogged sink and repaired an additional leak they found while working. They are very professional and friendly to talk to while they are working. I had a great experience with this company!

Great Experience! We had a new vanity installed and the plumber found that we had a leak behind it when he pulled the old vanity. He fixed the leak (we didn't even know was a problem), installed the vanity, installed the new faucet and event recommended how to seal the granite on the top. Very professional and had a good experience.
