It was nice when I moved here 3 yrs ago but they sold the property over a year ago to absentee owners in California who I suspect have no clue what is going on. Tenants have no idea who owners are, how to contact them to complain! Lights in front have been out over a year and mgr refuses to get them fixed - a serious danger at night to people walking from bus stop or people getting out of their cars! I have seen people lurking in the darkness there and had a man jump out from between buildings, follow me nearly all the way to my door, screaming at me to "Come Here!" Thank God a lady was outside smoking a cigarette when I turned the corner and he left! Mgr told me call courtesy officer-yeah while he's chasing me huh?! 1 murder,1 other shooting, both drug-related. Neighbors upstairs had bedbugs, so did a lady on the corner. I am terrified I will get them before I can get money to get the hell out of here! They do NOT spray for anything regularly-no roaches tho, but gnats and spiders

THE WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED....Wouldnt live there again if i was homeless and they offered me free rent..the rental manager is very rude and childish and takes them forever to fix anyrthing...the maintenance men will go into your house when you are not there..some of my things came up missing and I lived by myself..(now you figure it out) Roaches.Roaches and more roaches..and did i mention ROACHES,,,ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK....take it from me.......Good luck on your apartment search..but This IS NOT what you want....Didnt want to give this place any stars but the wont accept it without at least 1..
