I would highly recommended US Laser Inc on Grandview Ave. in Columbus. Today I took my old Brother HL-2040 in because the paper wasn't feeding correctly. The gentleman who took care of me was very nice and helpful. He stopped what he was doing and looked at the printer while I waited. He even spent time researching the old manual online to try to solve the problem. He cleaned up some cartridge dust etc to get the printer working again. He spent a good 30 minutes with me and didn't charge me anything. Don't see much of that kind of service anymore these days!!! Thanks.
