I have been ordering flowers for my Girlfriend, now Wife for the last 10 years from this Florist. They have always provided very quick service and my Wife ( and Her co-workers ) have been very impressed with the floral arrangements. Their pricing is very competitive and they are flexible and willing to go above and beyond to make their Customers happy.

I purchased all my flowers from Up-towne. I met with them several times before my wedding. I purchased flowers and bows for the ceremony, 9 flowers per table at the reception and flowers for everyone in the wedding. The total cost was way more than I expected. When I met with them I asked about their bows, they assured me they would be nice cloth bows because I told them I could make them myself. When I walked down the aisle for the first time I looked at the bows and they were made of paper, mind you I paid close to $50 per bow. These were over priced and not what I asked for. If I knew they were going to be paper I could have made them for $5 a piece with materials from Jo Ann Fabrics. My roses were brown within an hour and you can see the brown on them in all my pictures. They also didnt include some of the grandmother flowers so my grandmother didnt get any. I was really embarassed. I was not impressed by Up-Towne at all. They are WAY over priced and do not deliver what was promised.
