      Worst Drive-In in Ohio out of the 13 I've visited. While it's nice to have a Drive-In remaining in the Columbus area, it is really worth the drive to a nearby county to experience all of the wonders of a classic Drive-In without the severe overcrowding, the need for police, or the rude and intrusive city folks all around. (I speak from first-hand experience). Save up a little more gas money and find another drive-in within Central Ohio (Springfield, Lancaster, Mansfield, etc.). The customers are much more friendly, you have room to breathe and to sit outside your car, the concession lines are much shorter, and you can switch screens between films. All the difference in the world between a taste of Americana and the need to keep your car doors locked at all times.

      We love going to the drive inn, it is great for a family on a budget, they make it affordable with the price and the fact that you can bring your own food, even the food in their concessions is way cheaper than other theaters!

      The South Drive-in Theater is an open theater with two screens. We show two current movies on each screen at sundown. We have a full food stand with all types of foods and drinks. The admission price is $9.50 for ages 12 and older on Friday and Saturday nights and Memorial Weekend Sunday, $7.50 Sundays thru Thursdays, $1 for ages 5 to 11 every night, and ages 4 and under are free every night.The South Drive-in Theater is an open theater with two screens.
