- Kitchen RemodelingThe Jerome features 54 beautiful apartments in the heart of Victorian Village, with secure parking and top of the line finishes including hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and other high-end finishes.
- Bathroom RemodelingThis independent Senior Living facility consists of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments totaling 126 units. Ruscilli renovated several units during Phase I by performing multiple upgrades to the kitchens and bathrooms while installing sprinkler heads in each of the bathrooms and smoke detectors in each of the bedrooms. These modifications allowed a change in use from an R-2 to I-1 Code classification thereby enabling the complex to be licensed by the State of Ohio as an Assisted Living facility.
- FlooringThis project involved a complete renovation of a three-story, 23,000sf building on Worthington Industries’ campus. The work includes demolition of exterior concrete patio and interior ceilings, floors and walls. The work scope included ceilings, doors/ frames/hardware, flooring, lunch and break rooms, office space, interior glazing, and exterior patio. The renovated building will be occupied by the IT Department.

- DrywallsExterior skin is brick veneer, Nichiha siding with storefront glass and glazing systems. Interior construction consists of metal stud and drywall partitions.
- Basement Remodeling
- FramingThis new 50,000 square foot building houses a 1,400 seat worship auditorium, educational and office spaces. The shell is a pre-engineered metal building framing system supported by standard concrete foundations with concrete slabs on grade.
- Tile Installation
- FireplacesStructure. Common space areas include a large community room, kitchen, lounge with fireplace, library, and sitting area. The project received LEED® Silver certification.
- Garage Remodeling
- Room AdditionsPhase II consisted of a new single-story kitchen and central dining room addition as well as a rooftop pergola. During this Phase, first floor offices were converted into memory care units, an activities room, nurse’s station, and restrooms. On the 2nd floor, units were converted into new office space and wellness center. In addition, corridor and common area finishes were updated throughout the complex.
- New ConstructionRuscilli was selected to perform construction services for this Assisted Living Conversion Plan (ALCP) HUD program. The scope of work included the renovation of 16 dwelling units from independent living to assisted living. Ruscilli also added a full-service kitchen and dining area. The first floor common spaces were renovated to refresh the facility.

- Foundation Installation
- LandscapingEaston Gateway District will be home to nearly 325,000 square feet of new retail including two large format anchor tenants, specialty grocery, small and mid-sized retailers, new restaurant concepts, and two levels of new office space. Complete site development includes landscaping, hardscaping and site amenities to include a prominent water feature. The project also adds a significant new parking capacity, with space for almost 2,000 vehicles.
- FencingPhase One of this 186,000 square foot complex included construction of a new 625-bed correctional building as well as connection to an existing incarceration facility. Construction consisted of two new two-story wings, each surrounding a central courtyard. In addition, the project included interior courtyards, parking lots, driveways, curbs, walks, landscaping, security fencing and site utilities. The structure is a combination of cast-in-place concrete and concrete block with brick veneer. Due to the savings realized by Ruscilli during the initial phase, the County chose to construct a third wing rather than renovate the existing space. This65,000 square foot project allowed the County to add 225 beds to the previous facility, thereby totaling 850 beds. As with the prior two wings, this structure is a combination of cast-in-place concrete block with brick veneer.
- Driveways
- WalkwaysIn addition, development of the project site involved construction of multiple roadways within the new campus property, accessible parking, pedestrian walkways, site lighting, landscaping and utilities.
- Irrigation SystemsThis project consists of improvements at two recreational fields sites on main campus. Renovations to the 11-acre Coffey Road Park site include refurbishing of and additions to the existing sports lighting system, along with extensions of the irrigation system to provide multi-use recreation fields to accommodate flag football, ultimate Frisbee, NCAA soccer, intramural soccer, softball and other outdoor sports activities. A new 2,400sf support building was constructed to house remote Rec Sports offices, equipment storage and dispersal, restrooms, and a garage for maintenance equipment. This undertaking required the integration of a new underground water detention system, utility relocations and restoration replacement of the existing grass fields. Nearby Lincoln Tower Park, home to two existing practice fields for “TBDBITL” (The Best Damn Band in the Land!), as well as intramural and rec sports events, also saw improvements through the replacement of the synthetic turf at these fields.
- Window Installation/Replacement
- DecksThis new six-story, post-tension, cast-in-place parking garage complex offers nearly 1400 spaces to serve the north gateway campus. The garage includes traffic coating on all elevated decks, three elevators with two cast-in-place stair towers, and a combination of stainless steel mesh/brick/storefront exterior. This was part of a larger project that included the construction of a new academic services building.
- PatiosThis 120 room country lodge features conference and banquet facilities capable of serving up to 750 people. Other features include an indoor and outdoor pool, workout room, recreation room, full-service restaurant and patios overlooking a beautifully landscaped 1-acre pond.
- Garage Door Repair/ReplacementNamed after the “High Bank” area at the fork of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers, High Bank Distillery brings its unique spin on the craft distillery market. The 18,000sf facility offers a full service bar, restaurant and game area as well as a 1000sf outdoor patio with tables, benches, and large roll-up glass garage doors. The restaurant serves elevated, casual food offerings emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients. The distillery features a 12 ft. framed glass wall with copper and stainless steel tanks. The space also houses an equipment room, bottling room and aging room. High Bank Distillery produces and sells its own organic vodka, gin, custom blended rye whiskey, and handcrafted bourbon.
- SidingThis new two-story senior housing facility consists of a slab on grade, wood framed building with a combination asphalt shingle and standing seam metal roof system. The exterior cladding consists of brick and siding to match existing structures on adjacent properties. In total, the project includes thirty-two units with a total gross square footage of 43,500 square feet.
- PorchesTo accommodate growing demand for overnight stays, Muirfield Village Golf Club turned to Ruscilli to construct “The Lodge at Muirfield Village”. This 11,600 square foot country estate offers short-term luxury living for golf club members and guests and consists of 12 individual suites with spacious private patios, screened porches, fireplaces, bath areas, whirlpool tubs, sitting garden, and dense landscaping.
- Residential Roof RepairRuscilli was selected to partner with National Church Residences for this 9% LIHTC project. This project included substantial rehabilitation, including repairing or replacing most exterior and interior building finishes, casework, doors, windows, roofing, and fixtures and trim, as well as site improvements and amenities. The 200 unit project consisted of a 15 month phased schedule. Residents remained on site during construction. The phasing plan included temporary swing space units for each phase of work.
- Residential Roof Replacement/InstallationThe roof system is pre-engineered metal building standing seam for the educational half of the building and a TPO membrane roofing system for the balance of the facility.
- Carpentry
- MasonryHampton Inn has selected Ruscilli to construct its new 76,000 square foot, 114 guest room, four-story hotel in New Albany, Ohio. Materials consisted of structural masonry and precast floors with a brick veneer exterior including EIFS cornices, aluminum windows, and TPO roof. Public space includes a breakfast area, fitness room, interior swimming pool, and business center.
