Mr Wagner may let his personal bias opinions keep you from getting your full refund, as I experienced. I was scammed by a woman who made me believe we would share our lives together. I went to Mr Wagner to ask if I was entitled to a refund from this incident. He laughed at me and said no. I later consulted an lawyer, who then told me that I was. He also told me that I should fire my tax preparer. I later confronted Mr. Wagner. He immediately gave me the refund. We discussed my hurtful experience on what this woman did to me. He took HER side, all because she had kids. Mr Wagner defended a person who had been scamming people for a long time that uses her kids as a way to gain peoples trust, only to deceive, and take advantage of them. He acted so unprofessional by even saying "I'll laugh at you when you're not around" I no longer went to him after that.

For years I would prepare my own taxes or would go to a random tax vendor to have my taxes completed. Then a good friend of mine recommended Roger Wagner. Since the recommendation I have not considered another option. E) Lastly, its 100% reassuring to have something so hectic in the hands of true professional verses going to someone who was trained in a two-week quick course.

Going to Roger was one of the best recommendations I have received. Knowing yearly that I will be handing my taxes to him gives me peace with a procedure that has otherwise been stressful.
