I love my nails! They doing excellent jobs on my fullset and nails design! Everybody there is very friendly and good with their nails art. I will definitely coming back again ! Here is some pictures of their nails art that I post for you guys to see! I loved the way they did ����

I went to Regal Nails on Georgesville Rd. today for the first time and, unfortunately, I will never do business with them again. I typically get my nails done at Q Nails in Hilliard but they were closed today so I tried somewhere new, and much closer to my house. While I was waiting, a young boy (one of the workers children) and the doughter of a customer, both about 4 years old, were playing tag in the salon. THey were yelling and running all over the place, under tables, behind the pedicure chairs, even bumping customers chairs as they were being worked on. I came in to have my gel polish removed and to get french tips with the gel polish. While the cost was the same as Q Nails, the quality was no where near comparable. She used nailpolish remover (rather than the actual solution that should be used for gel nails) and then began peeling the polish off, which also removes the top layer of nail, therefore weakening the nail. When I asked her if she was having me soak my nails in polish remover she replied, "no, it's acetone" I informed her that acetone IS polish remover and she said "then yea, I'm using polish remover". She then began to use the file drill to file the polish off (also removing the top layer of nail, making them even weaker yet). I asked her not to do that and to use the correct solution so that my nails wouldn't be damaged and she switched to a softer buffer. She then broke one of my nails and therefore had to file it down, so my nails that I have been trying to grow out are now back to square one. When she was preparing to apply the first coat of clear polish I noticed that all but two of my nails still had red polish on the edges. I told her that there was still polish on my nails and she said "yes, but it's only a little. It will be fine". I told her that it would be fine if I wasn't having clear polish done, but since I'm having them french tipped the red would show through. She seemed upset with for asking that she fix it, and on her second attempt she STILL didn't remove all the polish. I had to pick the rest of it off with my nails while she went to get something from the back. She was very sloppy when she applied the clear coat, I like to have smooth edges where the polish stops just before touching the skin, I feel it looks more professional that way and you don't get clumps of polish where the nail meets the skin. The polish was not only on my nail, but on the skin as well. I asked her to fix it and she told me it was fine. I told her I wanted her to stop so that I could leave (I have NEVER done this before, but the service was so terrible that I didn't want her to continue). She made me pay for the removal of the gel nails ($10!!!!) I told her that I didn't feel I should have to pay for the "service" as my whole experience there was terrible, but did anyway because I just wanted out of that place. When I got home my boyfriend called and asked to speak to the manager. It turns out the girl who was working on my nails was the manager and when he explained what had happened and why I had a complaint she told him "Your girlfriend is a f**king liar" and hung up on him! It was by far the worst experience I've ever had and the whole place, especially their foul mouthed manager, was very unprofessional. I don't recommend that anyone goes here, for the same price you can go to Q Nails and get better quality service. Not only will they do everthing correctly, but they also do cuticle treatment and removal for free.
