      Dr. Shewring seems to be helpful, but she isn't able to fill challenging prescriptions. She also allows her staff at both locations to be rude with patients. The Polaris office is a filthy office in a very dirty, run down building, and the downtown office is in a very bad oart of town.

      David P. Dickson, O.D. Dr. David P. Dickson founded Professional Eye Care Associates, Inc. where he has specialized in family eye care, refractive surgery consultation, specialty contact lens fitting and treatment of diseases of the eye for more than 30 years. Concurrently, Dr. Dickson was an associate for 11 years in an ophthalmology practice in Columbus. He was also involved in organized optometry, serving on the executive board of the Ohio Optometric Association for seven years prior to being elected state president. Through his political involvement and participation on numerous state and national committees, Dr. Dickson was fortunate to help further the cause of eye care delivery systems. Dr. Dickson has also been involved in numerous contact lens and solution clinical trials. . Dr. Dickson is a 1976 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He did undergraduate work at Wittenberg University and Ohio University where he studied pre-optometry. He was a clinical faculty member with The Ohio State University College of Optometry for 11 years as well as adjunct faculty to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the Southern College of Optometry.

Previously, Dr. Koerner was with Northwest Eye Surgeons in Columbus. He is the currently the clinical director of the Stowe Vision Clinic which provides free eye glasses and exams to people in need. He is also a member of the Ohio Optometric Associate and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Koerner is a 1992 graduate of The Ohio State School of Optometry.
