DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THIS ABHORRENT PLACE

Management are criminals and disgusting human beings. It makes me sick to be of the same species as the general manager and the owner. People like them and their business practices are directly responsible for the destruction of the American economy and the spirit of a free market. Anyone who contributes to these people are contributing to the very things we claim to despise about capitalism. Anyone who works for them is complicit and should be ashamed at how they bring people in with a smile knowing these figurative rapists are waiting to pounce on their new victims. Myself and several other people who have been violated by their incomprehensible greed are working together to bring this filth to the justice that will always inevitably find people like this (anyone who sows such putrid seeds will reap the reward eventually). If you have any doubt about what I'm saying please contact me. I have in writing everything these monsters have done. Once their true nature is shown you will recoil from the sight of them as if they were an abomination out of your worst nightmare. Please ask yourself if you're okay with slowly bleeding out what's left of America's integrity and self respect. If not, run away from these people as fast as possible.


Update: They have proven themselves to be the most reprehensible people imaginable. I honestly never believed that a cabal of people with such clandestine motives was really possible.

I had a wonderful pedicure and manicure, waxing and facial done here. Very professional NEW staff and fun to be around. I purchased Dermalogica, a product I had never used before, and love it. Ashley, my esthetician, explained the product and what all the benefits were and provided me with the knowledge I needed to get started on a great skincare regimine. Lisa, the new manager, has made alot of positive changes and brought in a very knowlegeable, professional staff. It is very relaxing and inviting and I love it. Best of all the pricing is very reasonable for the atmosphere.

My experience at the Spa at Premier was awful. It was the worst massage I have ever had. I have had a handful of massages and all have been deep tissue. The therapist did not listen to me when I explained my problem areas. Instead the therapist went off and massaged my legs and arms. Even after letting the therapist know I DO NOT have problems in my legs, lets just focus on my upper back and neck region. It was not a deep tissue massage and the therapist didn't even try to work out my knots. The therapist just continued to rub their hands over my upper back in a circular motion. I did not receive the service I paid for!



After complaining to the receptionist, She told me the best her manager could do was work with the therapist and offer me 20% off my next massage. Sad to say I will not be back to give them more of my money.

Apparently they have renovated this little oasis, I discovered it as a guest. What's great is that it's part of a health club, Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club, Since I am not a member I could still use the Spa which I did not know. I can drop off my child and what was really nice is that my first time visit the sitting was Free! They charge a small guest fee ~$5 to have them watch your kids after the first visit while getting a service. As a non member customer, I can use the club for the day or be given a pass for another time to use (can't work out with new polished nails). Very nice, the club is really nice and clean.
