I ordered 6 drapery panels online to be picked up in the store. I called before making the drive (thankfully)to be told oh yes, that order was canceled. A phone call would have been an excellent courtesy considering the items were listed as "Available for in store pick up". I did not receive a phone call nor did I receive an e-mail. I called their 800 number to be on hold for 43 minutes. End result, my credit card was charged and I have no curtains.
