Worst experience EVER...Called to make an appointment because my baby was sick. I explained that I had to travel from campus to Blacklick then to Upper Arlington but thought I could make it. The campus bus was late so I ran to our apartment, got the car and bolted. After picking my daughter up I had to get a family member on the phone to talk me through the driving directions to the office since I didn't have time to look them up. When I got there, the doctor told the nurse that we wouldn't be seen because we were late. I had to cut 2 classes to be there and the next available appointment was 3 weeks away. The nurse went back and asked again, but the doctor told her to let me know that their policy is if you are 30 minutes late you are cancelled. If I would have been told that up front I wouldn't have wasted my time and anguish. After refusing to see her they had the nerve to expect me to register for future visits!! An urgent care got us right in, gave great care & a recommendation
