I am a resident here and is in a process of moving. Do not I repeat DO NOT move or have your love one or friend move here. This place is constantly breaking down and should be consider condemn to live here. As we speak there is no HOT water and this is not the 1st time this had happen. Also there been constantly state of Ohio inspector fining her and the owner of the apartment building. Not only that, the landlord need to be fired and they know this but yet still allowed her to be our landlord. She and the company is all about money and will any cheap mean to fix thing only to get broken down again. The landlord make up rule and there is no maintenance man as we speak. She have no way to be contacted if something happen because she keep her phone off the hook. After this review, I am filing a report against her and the owner to the attorney general office, state of ohio inspection and including the news media if I can get them to come out. This is a close border line to elderly abuse and people who are disabled. I cannot wait to move out of this dump!!!!!
