Please Tell me why, I submitted (3) Complaints to your branch located at 341 South Third Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, and spoke to the receptionist, and told her that I won, (3) cases against the State of Ohio, Court of Claims, by Motion Default, (1) month ago, and the receptionist didn't tell me that there were No professional people at that location, and that the only people working there were volunteers? and she let me complaints & Motion Defaults sit on her desk for (3) weeks without giving me a call, and without forwarding them to your location, or where ever they go, and she didn't call anyone to find out what the proper procedure is to getting the State of Ohio to pay, and when I asked her why she didn't do it, she said she read the complaint, and that she draw a conclusion that the State didn't pay, because they don't owe? I ask her why would she read the complaint if she isn't a lawyer? She doesn't understand what Motion by Default means if she isn't qualified.
