They are awesome! In and out in less than 30 minutes, very reasonably priced, get more return money back than with anyone else I have ever used. I will never go anywhere else to get my taxes done.

One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a "professional" services company. Long hold times, waiting weeks to never get a return phone call after leaving a voicemail, waiting weeks to get my tax returns back only to find out they don't even know who I am - after refreshing their memory I'm told they can't help me and get hung up on. Seriously!? Read my Google+ review for all the details. This company has given me the WORST service I have EVER had with ANY professional services company. I tried to be nice, polite, not pushy despite the timeframes involved here, and I'm trying to give them new business even after all this nonsense. What do I get in return? A snarky attitude and hung up on. All of this AFTER he agreed my taxes "would be no problem." My advice? Stay away from MJ Lowe Income Tax Services. They are the most un-professional company I have ever had the pleasure of not doing business with.
