Reviews
This company came out 8/9/2011 to clean my carpets, I personally wasn't home. I got home 30 min. after they had left. The carpets were still overly wet, today 26 hours later, the carpet is still damp. This means by not extracting the water thoroughly, the dirt was also not extracted thoroughly. I called them and told them to send someone back out here, and they refused. Therefore their hype about guarnteed satisfaction is pure B--S--- I will never use this company again, and I will spread the word on their very inferior service. The sooner their out of business, the better off the consumer will be.
