Hired jump legal couple years ago and they were great. I contacted them a couple months ago to suspend my payments for 2 months because I'm on maternity leave. I called them, and emailed them a few times and each time they said they would call me back. Well they never did and my payments continued despite me having no paycheck. I told them I was on maternity. I guess they don't care about you after they get their fees. Completely unprofessional.
