Went out looking for a used truck they just happened to have what we were looking for. We spoke with the sales person and told him out price and payment range and he assured us he could hit our marks. We took it for a test drive and completely reviewed the truck. I asked if we could come back tomorrow because we had a few others to look at and I wanted my father to look over the truck. The dealer opened at noon on Sunday my father living an hour and half away drove down. I contacted the dealer at noon to see if the truck was still avaiable, I had to leave a message, I never got a call back. So at 1pm we decided to head out, we arrived told three different sales associates who we wanted to talk to and finally the sales associate we were waiting for walked out. He approached us and said "we can't make your price on this truck we have far too much into this, have a good day" and he walked away. I am never going back or refering this dealer to anyone, this is no way to do business.

I was treated like a valued customer. Price quoted was among the lowest. Job was done on time and within the initial estimate. I was even picked up by Enterprise rent-a-car from their location for free. While I don't wish that I go there often but if I run out of luck again, I'll definitely give them a call :)
