Noisey, junky cars left parked, loud music blasting out of cars in the late nite...outlets, few worked, greasey film in overhead cabinets......these are the positives, negatives:





18 year olds moved in below me....shot an AK47 through the floor of my apartment, hit my computer chair, my computer, busted the snack bar it was sitting on (then Govenour Sq. billed me when I moved for damage to the snack bar).....the Police were summoned.....they found drug para. & more firearms, alcohol, etc.....they were asked to move....I moved when lease was up.



I was sent a bill for nearly 400 dollars of charges (over half of which were bogus)...for a missing "oven pan", that was never in my apartment....bathroom cleaning (I cleaned it), a day of rent, I moved out of town on Sunday night when office was closed..had neighbor drop key off at 9 the next morning...the list goes on.....



I refuted the charges, but did send them a check for 176.00 with my letter of complaint....they never called, I didn't hear from them.....THEY TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTION....never even cashed my check....unethical...



If you read a good review about them, it is one of their faithful employees writing a glowing report.....yes, the flowers are well kept, pools clean....but, look out......lots of dog feces, as residents do not abide by poop scoop rules, laundry rooms rarely had working machines, which would charge your credit card, but not work..then call the one 800 number, or email that company...you get NOTHING....



Sour grapes...You bet....I have an impeccable credit rating for over 50 years, I pay bills that I owe, I cheat no one....Unsuspecting renters beware of the lower prices here....you will pay.....SOMEHOW.
