Will get to your work quickly and do good work. Expect to pay a lot and have a large mark up on parts. Our best efforts at communicating what to expect as far as costs were barely answered and then we got a large bill. When I tried to talk to the owner about this, he kept saying repeatedly they did explain everything. That is not the case. So let me communicate what to expect: $80 service fee, $70 an hour (any part of an hour), they marked up our fixture by $70 (explanation was it is higher quality than what you can buy at a home store. I called Moen- that is not the case-it's the exact same product). While trying to explain how they could better communicate these things up front just so people know what to expect, the owner told me they have thousands of happy customers. I told him he lost this one and he said, "I don't mind losing customers I don't want to do work for." Interesting thing to say to someone who just paid you $500 that is trying to be helpful for future customers.
