Established in 1966, Faith Mission provides a wide range of social and health care services to the people throughout the United States. The center provides a wide range of services, including men's and women's shelter, kitchen and food services, chapel services and shelter plus care program. It also provides case management services and has a business resource center. The center assists its residents in obtaining birth certificates, social security cards and various other necessary documents. It has social workers for assisting the residents in acquiring and understanding government records, including credit, rental and police reports. It additionally organizes the shelter plus care program in administration with the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. Its housing assistance program provides a variety of services to homeless people with disabilities. Faith Mission is located in Columbus, Ohio.
