Dr. Tsai is a thoughtful and caring doctor. She also is able to get you in pretty quick if you need to be seen. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

These doctors are 2 good for this 2 be happening in the background, the staff will run into someone who will go the H-E-L-L off on them soon, and I wont even say its the staff its the receptionist, she told me no 1 is gonna tell her 2 do her job. Ive been there for almost 2 YEARS and never had issues.I think they think that people are just complaining for the heck of it, but again that lady is gonna have someone with a smart mouth and temper explode on her, I'd be surprised if someone hasnt. But everyone else is cordial and the doctors ALWAYS want to help. Just be careful because she will make you believe everyone is like her and on her side if your not used to it.
