Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. In fact, it was the worst experience I've ever had interacting with another living being--whether human, mammal, or fish--period (and I was attacked by a bat once). I picked up a batch of dry cleaning. A few days later, I took it out of the bags. One shirt looked as if it was not cleaned at all. It did not look much different than when I dropped it off. When I brought it in to ask for a redo, the lady behind the desk accused me of wearing it, which I did not do and they would have had to reason of believing that as I've never brought anything back before. I tried denying it, but the lady got louder and meaner and was yelling at me saying I wore it. Although I took into consideration that she may have been suffering from some health issues that day due to being tremendously overweight, I still think she was way out of line and I recommend you do not use this dry cleaner.
