Columbus Worthington Air again promptly responded to our call. We had no heat on the first floor of the house, a problem that Kenny found was due to an igniter problem. Diagnosis and repair were completed in about thirty minutes - and no charges were incurred thanks to our maintenance plan with Worthington Air! Kenny was very professional and courteous.

Jamie T came to my home to fix my furnace. I had problems with voles getting in my unit and shutting it down. I have had this problem for years and my previous company would come and remove the voles, and said there was nothing more they could do. And, I would pay them year after year to do just that. Jamie came in to eval the problem, immediately went to home depot to get a piece to fix it and came back within 15 minutes to FIX the problem. He told me that they deal with this often, and after his fix, I should not have any more problems with voles shutting my unit down. I have no reason to believe any different, I trust what he says!! Cols Worth Air responded to my heating issue and had a tech to my home within hours. I would highly recommend this company, and Jamie T. to anybody that asks!!!

I was very happy with the service. My a/c was thoroughly checked and a check list was provided indicating each check point. The service technician was very professional. I thought it was nice that he used booties over his shoes to prevent tracking in dirt. He arrived within the time period and called before coming.. He also pointed out a part that maybe failing but did not high pressure me to replace it. I would use the company again. .
