My son had surgery on 12/6/2012. As we were driving around lost one of your employees driving 1 of your transportation vehicles at 8:20 am could see we were lost and followed us till we stopped, He said he could tell we were lost and wanted to know if could help. He said if we followed him he would get us there. After that he asked what part of hospital we were going to and directed us for once we got inside. He was a gentleman to the fullest and went above and beyond. This made our first impression a positive one. Once inside our expections were as well above and beyond.. We have never been to your facility before but would highly recommend your hospital, Thanks for being so kind.
