I absolutely love Chipotle food. But the new location at 4750 Morse Road in Columbus Ohio is the only exception. Every time I go in. There are far too many people working on the front line. And a fairly short line of customers BUT it always take like 10 minutes to get a burrito! It is always broken or poorly wrapped. The people behind the line are in such a rush that they do not listen to what you are asking for before slopping it on. And then get mad when you point out that they put on the wrong topping. You would think that as fast as they rush you thru the line it would not take so long. This is the only store where I have this problem. Get it together!
