As a psychologist, I specialize in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety disorders. Psychotherapy should be approached like any other area of clinical science. It requires well-executed research to guide the choice of treatmen ognitive behavior therapy has been found to be the best first line treatment for anxiety. At The Ohio State University, my colleagues and I provide the most modern and advanced care available.
