Certa Pro people were professional, helpful and thorough in the work they did for us. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

I had them paint some exterior trim five years ago. The job was sub-standard and they left droplets all over. I was completely dissatisfied. When I contacted the franchise owner, he was loud, rude and told me that the job I rec'd was commiserate to the price charged. The paint is now flaking badly and needs completely redone.

We had our exterior trim painted. First they had to fire the sub contractor that was assigned to our job because he said he was working but never showed up. A week later the next crew shows up they do a good job with the paint. They are fast and courteous but they got paint splatter all over the driveway. They trampled many of our flowers. Got paint on the rest. When I spoke to management about it they said they would take care of it and refund some of the money. Turns out I just received a later saying sorry we didn't meet your expectations. consider us for your next project.

After many attempts using other service providers who left loose ends, I was impressed with CertaPro and expect to use them again in the future.
