First thing everyone should know is that this is a pass through dealership, they buy cars from auction or a wholesaler and just stick them on the lot, and they don't fix them when they buy them. Which is too be expected. The salesman and owner are hard on numbers, some are better deals than others you just have to know the actual market and not just go off of KBB. That being said i did purchase a Range Rover from them. First off I'm an experienced mechanic and knew what it needed right away and was able to talk to the owner to lower the price by two grand. However, that being said, they do not know much about the cars they are selling the condition, the history, etc. My recommendation, get a carfax, ask to have it inspected by an independent mechanic not recommended by the dealer. They have a generic OBDII port reader, and they don't know what the codes mean. I had to explain to another customer that the salesman was wrong and the car they were looking at didn't just need an 02 sensor, but the timing belt two because the engine had already skipped teeth and fallen out of time, which I actually repaired for that customer.
Oh and by the way the "salesman" does not move on numbers. Talk to the owner. Just go there doing your full research about the vehicle, part prices, worst case scenarios, maintenance, etc. Check for recalls on the vin, carfax, call the manufacture dealership to see if they have any records for that car in their nationwide system, and ask for the codes if there is a check engine light and call the dealership to see potential issues/repair costs.

BIG RED FLAG: UPDATE:
I paid cash for the entire amount for the vehicle, taxes, titles and fees included. And have not received the title in the OH legally mandated time of 30 days. Currently reporting to the attorney general as this is considered auto fraud by the state and reporting to BBB.

WE GOT THE SUV FOR MUCH LESS THAN ANY OTHER DEALER IN TOWN AND EVEN HAD AN INSPECTION DONE AND IT WAS FULLY SERVICED AND HAD NO ISSUES WHICH IS RARE ANYMORE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR OR VEHICLE

We just picked up our truck from Carmart on Wilson road. We had an excellent experience to say the least. Their prices were awesome, they had a great selection of vehicles and after we got our car checked out Monroe, they said it needed absolutely nothing and it even had a fresh oil change! I would recommend them to anyone for a car! Super service and quality cars!

KEEP AWAY!!! Worst place ever!!! I saw an ad online from them for a toyota tacoma and called them about the truck. One of my questions were if the truck had any rust on the frame. They assured me that it only had some surface rust and no holes in the frame. I told them I would be there in 4 hours, because that is how far I live from them. When I got there they said that after more inspection it in fact had a small hole in the drivers side frame rail, as they tried to distract me away from it and have me look at how nice the interior was. I am here to tell you that the frame was RUSTED OUT!!! The frame had rust holes down the length of the truck. I was able to push my thumb through the frame on what appeared to be one of the "better" spots on the frame. Needless to say, I got the heck out of there and will never ever return, and I implore you to never visit this place either.

This place was awesome! I literally had been looking for a car for weeks, when a friend told me about this place. I was greeted immediately after I stepped out of my brothers van, they were polite, well dressed, and knowledgeable. The salesman even told me he didnt want to me sell me the car that first caught my eye because it had problems and they were getting rid of it to a wholesaler. When I found my baby (its a 2005 audi a4 convertible) they let me take a nice test drive, and even offered me a soda. Car ran great, and after a year its gave me ZERO problems. They sold me the car for about $1000 less than kelly blue book value of a private party sale. Thats amazing for a used car lot. They threw in a 3 month warranty for free, and even gave me CADH for sending a buddy in who bought a car. Very nice place, good people, great cars, friendly service, and super low prices. What more could you ask for.
