I was over all pleased with the customer service I received from J.D. Byrider. My sales person, Kim Rice was very, professional and friendly and she worked very hard to put me in a vehicle that was a good fit for me. I would recommend J.D. Byrider to my family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. The only negative I really had was that I felt there wasn't much of a selection to choose from.

If you have a car, you're going to have repairs. This person that was upset probably never changed the oil once and I'm sure they told you the APR before you drove off the lot. If you signed the contract that clearly stated 21% why are you now upset?

WATCH OUT!!! People that have bad credit should not buy anything through this company!I paid too much money for my 1998 cavalier that I brought in 3/2003 and then broke down in 1/2005!!! I had to put an extra $1600.00 into fixing it, which could've been car payment money! Coming to find out the interest was 21% a year!!! I couldn't believe it! Now that I paid off my car, it's been 2 months and I haven't received my car title yet. If it's not one bad thing, it's another with this company!Do a search on this company online and you will find bad experiences that people have had dealing with JD Byrider and CNAC Finance. You'll save a lot of money!
