I was referred to Dr. Simpson by my primary dentist and was a little fearful after reading a negative review. I'm not new to root canals or crowns, fillings, etc. I had an abcess that wouldn't go away and needed this done regardless. The office staff and assistant were all pleasant and helpful. Instructions were easy to understand and pmt info was very clear. Dr. Simpson was very thorough (he didn't speak a word while working... quiet guy). Novocaine shots are always a bit painful but a lot less painful than being zapped on the nerves/root of your tooth! I was very grateful for all the novocaine as I felt nothing during the procedure. Follow up information was also very clear. My abcess is gone and I"m happy again. Nothing worse than dental pain. I hope this helps new patients decide on whether or not to see Dr. Simpson. I gave 4 stars just because dentists aren't my favorite professional people. Nothing personal...

I went in for an appointment to get an exam done on my crowns. I ended up needing a root canal. I made the appt. that day and am having it done this coming Friday. I am very impressed with how friendly the staff was and how SUPER CLEAN the facility is. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Dino D'Aurelio

I couldnt have had dinner on thanksgiving with my family. I was in so much pain I call my dentist and they are not open to see me they told me to call this office instead. I called told them i was havin a infection. i went over today and they did my canals on my tooth and I felt like a new happy man. I saw that aperson said that the shots in the mouth hurt on here. YES it is true no one likes them but after those were done I felt nothing and I feel so much better and I have no pain now. I am thankful at thanksgiving for this office to help me so fast and do a great job with my Delta insurance and with my tooth I feel so better.
