They always deliver great service and delicious food. Really enjoy eating there

Horrible Service. Long wait. Mediocre food. Over priced.

Dont go here if you have children who want to eat. Took over 1 hour 40 minutes for them to bring a kids meal out for my toddler.



My friends grilled shrimp came out raw.

Our server had to be asked to bring out the bread after over an hour of us just sitting there waiting to order food. Had to ask 3 times to get a refill of lemonade, and finally had to stand up and nearly shout to get her attention while she was stopping by our table. Whats the point of asking people if theres anything they need if she is not even looking at the people she is talking to or listening to requests. She got annoyed of my request for her to improve her service, and requested to switch tables. I saw her serving another table while the manager had some dude with no personality come out and at least take care of basic requests like bringing my check so that I can finally pay and leave.



Definitely not worth the money. You will certainly lose your appetite from the poor service you will get.



Took over 20 minutes to get seated. Took over an hour before they took our order for food. Took over an hour for them to check if we had the drinks we needed and didnt even serve bread til we requested them to an hour after being seated.



Manager asked me to come see them again soon after hearing the issues I addressed.... Was that a joke???



If youre in the Easton area looking for good food, there are so many better choices than Brio Tuscan Grill at Easton Town center in Columbus. This place is aweful!

Great food and terrible service. I had a reservation at 7:15 for six and did no get seated until 8:10. Also, we ordered our drinks and did not get them for 20 minutes and then our waiter did not even ask if we were ready to order. This afternoon, I went to eat my left over salad and I found a candlestick and a chunk of meat. (The salad was vegeterian). I called them and they said the best they can do is give me a new salad.

The waitress was spacey and got my order wrong twice. The pasta was undercooked and the food/wine was very overpriced. Nice ambience.

Great Italian food. Big restaurant. Lots of parking.
