Body By Todd is a great place to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. To the reviews saying that this place is a scam because it advertises "training for celebrities" - that s how Todd got his start. He used to train local and nationwide celebs before everyone and their mother had a personal trainer. Now Todd and his team of trainers have small group personal training sessions where you do either a cardio boot camp or a weight based QVR session. Sure a lot of the classes are packed, but I've never seen one of the trainers ignore anyone or not give them the personal attention that they advertise. They do pitch a lot of products from diet supplements to protein shakes, but any other personal trainer will tell you to do the same thing..... They just have the products there at the studio for purchase. You don't HAVE to purchase them to work out there, but BBT caters to the "busy professional" - so from that aspect they're a one stop shop for your fitness needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - they have helped me to lose 23 lbs and 8% body fat! Oh, and TRY THE SHAKES. They will let you taste them for free - and they're delicious!
