Wow, you mean prompt, professional, personable AND talented contractors still exist!? I called Big City Electric after another electrician's estimate was WAY too high and 3 days later than promised. I got an over the phone estimate and was so impressed with them just by talking to Mikki that I booked them right away. Dave and Monty came out to install an outlet, remove canned lighting so we could have a centered candelier in our dining room and 2 ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms. The prices were competitive, the workers were personable and knowledgable and they actually treated our home with respect! (2 weeks ago I had to steam clean muddy boot prints from a different contractor) They cleaned up their mess, put down sheets where they walked on carpet and thoroughly wiped their feet after being in the wet weather. It's small but appreciated touches like that along with being reasonably priced and good at their job that will have us recommending them to everyone.
