well i loved going to this place, right up until the time i found out you can't return any of the products/nail polish. With any high end products one would expect if the customer isn't happy with it, it should be returnable. That is not the case. Now I'm stuck with a 12.50 bottle of nail polish that I don't like at all---you should tell your customers upon purchase these items cannot be returned or exchanged--no in store credit--no nothing! I can return lip gloss to kohl's, macy's and everywhere else in the city, but not Beauty Studio.
