I accompanied my niece, an OSU student, to get a car battery here. They diagnosed and confirmed the issue (which we didn't even request) before selling us the battery. They then installed it for us cheerily on a cold winter day. Everything about the experience was positive. I highly recommend them!! It's the kind of business you want to do business with. Very close to OSU.
