First visit today, needed some serious work done, 6 fillings and two extractions, very friendly staff, very gentle doctor. Also unlike other places they try to get everything done in one visit!

I went to the Logan, Ohio location and waited there for 7 HOURS before i was taken back when I was "scheduled" at noon. paid $120 upfront for general anesthesia and only received a local. I tried using sign language to tell them I could feel the pain and I WAS LAUGHED AT! I've tried calling them 2 different times since April 17th when it was done. And their office manager is always "out" according to the receptionist. So I call my insurance company and speak to them, they call and the office LIES to them and says everyone was gone by 4 and the office was closed at 4:30. Only problem with that is, to remove 5 teeth surgically it would take longer than 12 minutes. I say that because my husband still has the text i sent him at 3:48 saying "going under. Love you" and has the text i sent him at 5:10 saying I was finished. They refuse to give me my $120 back and refuse to return my call even AFTER i called them and asked them to speak to someone again today. And I even told her I didn't know why they lied to my insurance company about it. The receptionist refused to even give me the number so i could speak to the district manager! And said that she would send an "email" about my concerns, wanting a refund and wanting a copy of the video recorded tape of the surgery. This place is a joke! Be prepared because even after i was told i'd be scheduled, they didn't give me an assured surgery spot because "i know how new patients are. they don't show up half the time..." And to make matters worse, now I have TMJ and a partial dislocated jaw because of the poor service. I wish they'd just give me my money back and avoid making me have to get a lawyer for damages, pain and suffering and malpractice, not to mention fraud for the false medical billing for me AND my insurance company. If I'd have known they would treat me so poorly, lie to cover their rear ends and be so rude, I'd have risked the infection spreading to my blood. My advise if you go there; know a good lawyer, tape and record your own stuff (watch out for "photo-bombing nurses") and make sure you keep a record after you leave! oh and they need to learn what general anesthesia is there too. Here is a link I looked up after they started avoiding calling me back. Page 3 talks about general anesthesia. I was told it'd be like a colonoscopy and I've had 3 of those. I wasn't awake for any of them. I'm so frustrated with this place and it's employee's that I could cry or scream. Or both. Stay away from this place unless you like being in pain 24/7!

The worst possible place you can go for dental care besides a 3rd world country! I will be contacting the BBB and an attorney

I had my wisdom teeth extracted here. Four days later I have a black eye and the inside of my mouth looks like ground beef. My cheek is stitched to my gums and my gums are cut in places that should have never been touched! Don't go here ever!
