Worst place I have ever lived, simply put! Everything is dirty and there is dog mess everywhere. Your car will get hit continually, your apartment will be broken into, and they never fix anything. It's completely overpriced for the dirty cesspool they will give you to live in, and don't be fooled by the model they show you. The model is the only nice apartment on the complex. Don't be fooled by these shysters.

I'll start off by saying I love my apartment and the location. The office staff is normally helpful though sometimes it can be difficult to deal with. The animal policy is great (as long as you dont have a dog that may look like an aggressive breed or if it barks at family members of staff) and its nice to have such a friendly community. The house though very nice is not very air tight and we can often feel wind blowing through especially during the winter. They do not salt the parking lots and I have had my car damaged by another car with no witnesses or note, so we were unable to do anything about it. There is no security cameras and the lease states they are not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions. Also, they will only plow during significant snow fall which according to office staff is over 2" but it was not plowed or sanded during the last storm Other than the winter issues the complex is awesome!!Pros: location, petsCons: lack of grounds staff, winter con
