We have had a great experience shopping at Greiner's over the years! We have purchased several mattress sets and other furniture there. We've always had good customer service and they've always offered free delivery and set up! Plus special pricing on accessories like sheet sets, mattress protectors, frames. I would recommend Greiner's to my friends!

This is the most horrible company we have ever dealt with! We bought a mattress from them last year (2016) which had a 10 year warranty on it. The problem was not with exchanging it, the problem was the delivery. Our delivery time was to be between 11am and 1PM. My husband called around 12:30 and asked if the delivery was still going to be by 1PM. He was told yes that the "driver would be there shortly." 4PM comes around and no one showed up. I called and asked to talk to the manager because the store help was NO HELP at all. Was told she was with a customer and refused to come to the phone to speak with me. 5PM rolls around and still nothing and this is what really ticks me off. The owner (Ken) told my husband that the driver was at our house but no one was home which is a downright lie. I don't deal well with liars! Through out our day and phone calls to this business the store employees also said that there was no way they could get a hold of the driver. Really? What company gives drives all this furniture to deliver and not have a way to contact them? The next day we got a phone call from the driver around 9:30 saying he was in our driveway and I told him no he wasn't . He gave the wrong Highway and said he'd be there later and anyway the driver showed up a few minutes later. It is sad to hire a driver that can't even comprehend a work order. We didn't get the paperwork for the new mattress and was told they would mail it to us.. We went through this when we had them put our carpet in our house earlier in 2016 when they showed up hours late and we had to have them return and do the work right in one room. and the only reason they came back was we held their check until the work was done right. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We started our deal with them back in August of 2014. We were given so many different stories, about what was taking so long. The wood wasn't available we chose something different. Ken Greiner tells us it is taking so long and stuck out west, knowing of course of the Union strike on the docks! However, Tammy the girl that was our salesperson told us the wood DIDNOT get ordered in time.

Poor service. Purchase 2 couches, they sold one out, said by mistake, we had to wait for replacement. A spring broke in that couch after 6 months. Very poor quality. Bought a table & chairs, they delivered the table with a warped top, & thought it was okay. We had them replace it. Their excuse was that they were unable to inspect before it was delivered. Very poor atmosphere.
