Do not ship with fedex. the drivers of the deliver truck can not use a gps and the company will not do anything to return your lost property
I took my lunch break to send an important package. I made sure to check the hours before I left, ensuring the office would be open so I could fill out an airbill. I arrived and discovered a hand made sign on the door stating the office was closed for lunch. I did not get to send my package, and had no extra time to go to the post office or UPS store. Thanks, Fedex, for the great service.

I paid extra to have my package shipped overnight from Amazon. The package was on the truck for delivery and was initially estimated to arrive before noon today. I kept checking the tracking information during the day. At 3:49 p.m. the tracking information was updated that delivery was attempted but no one was home. This is untrue because I was here all day. No truck showed up and no attempted delivery notice was left at my door. I called the 800 number. The representative that I spoke with supposedly contacted the local FedEx office. She said that they would bring the package to me or contact me by phone if there were any problems. The package did not arrive nor did I receive a call. When I called the 800 number back, the representative simply told me that the local office was closed and that the package would be delivered Monday. I saw numerous postings online of similar experiences. Why would FedEx lie about the attempted delivery?
