slow..all we ordered was soup and salad there was hardly anyone there and it still took 45 mins. not the first time this has happened.

I've given Columbus' chili's several chances, but have been overall disappointed. The service is slow and the food is and the spectrum from mediocre to only edible. If you just want a few drinks, it's an okay venue.

We recently moved to the Columbus area and were excited to see a new Chili's restaurant. We went soon after it opened and experienced very slow service. The next time, the hostess was unorganized and inefficient and the service was slow again. We went today and had an absolutely terrible experience. We sat for 15 minutes before our drink order was even taken. We waited for our appetizer for 40 minutes and after being there over an hour we still had not received our food. We ended up leaving and went to a fast food place since our baby was starving. The server was slow and having trouble keeping up with her tables and the kitchen was obviously behind or understaffed since we didn't see hot food come out for at least 20 minutes while we were there. I would NOT recommend eating there at all unless you have half a day to waste and aren't very hungry.

It is a brand new store with a patio! I have traveled all over the United States and I have never seen a Chili's with a patio. The atmosphere is great and the

El Nino margarita is to die for.
