Well my experience here was not the best! I came in with pre paid labels to send items back to Walmart. And I was charged! I ask him why and he said because I had to print your label out, and tape my already wrapped package! He sai I was charged for his time! Wow! He charged me faxes price for the labels! I told him it would have been polite to let me know about the future charges because they were not posted! I guess the other guy was the dad he came from behind the counter followed me outside to argue in front of my children! Wow! Never again! I will just go to the real Fed Ex! Because I never encountered that charge with prepaid labels there! And to everyone that is happy going there I hope you continue to get satisfaction because I did not!

Wow...why would Nyone go to the post office and wait in line? The customer is treated with respect and the package or mail is handled quickly and properly

I came to The Mail Room a week ago and sent off a few packages. They packed everything up for me, and were very helpful in showing all the different shipping rates. They helped me pick the most reasonable option with all the carriers. The employees were all very kind and helpful. I prefered it over the post office, by far. I will continue to use their services from now on.
