The Rooms to Go in Columbus, GA is terrible. I bought a loveseat and rocker recliner there on the condition that another rocker would be delivered to the store for me to purchase. The saleman, Tracey, assured me that they would get another one. After a month and numerous calls, I was finally told on NY's Eve that one was on the truck and he would put my name on it for pick-up on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and Tracey was off so I talked with a "manager" and he told me he did not see one in the inventory but they had a truck that they had not unloaded. I was suppose to get a call back later that day with an update after the truck was unloaded-I didn't receive a call. I called back Thursday and talked with another manager, Allen, because Tracey was off. He took my name and number and I was told again that there was a truck that wasn't unloaded. On Friday I called around lunch and talked with Tracey my salesman. He said let me have your number and I will call you right back. Well, it is 7:18PM and still no call. They are a bunch of liars and their customer service is the worst that I have experienced!
