My wife attended this location and signed up for a contract and attended for several months. I recently received military PCS orders to Africa on an accompanied tour and needed to terminate the contract under the Soldier and Sailor Civil Relief Act. My wife provided a copy of the PCS orders, and stated the contract needed to be terminated. The owners responded via email stating she must pay half of the remaining contract. Clearly, they don’t understand OCONUS military PCS orders allow you to terminate the contract without reprisal under the Soldier and Sailor Civil Relief Act. Pretty surprising for a town with so many military at Fort Benning. Avoid if you are military and plan to PCS in the future. Pretty slimy business dealings.
