Very unknowledgable tech. Charged $80 to tell me the problem with my new HP printer was not compatible with the HP photo paper I had purchased. Spent 45 minutes , charged $80 and did not fix. Had Geek squad come in set up printer, leave written instructions on how to reset printer for different paper applications, ran a virus scan, defragged computer and cleaned screen and dusted and cleaned the keyboard all in 30 minutes and total charge was $95! Don't waste your $$$$ .....go to a reputable big box comp. that employees factory trained techs supported by a national network of almost 4000 techs!
