Great service and the know how's. I like to add. Lowes do not sell Leslie products. Maybe the chemical but not the same strength. Not full of other additives to stretch their products. Leslie chemicals are stronger and they instruct you step by step on how to use and what chemicals not to add to water on same day. That can cloud your pool water.

We were in town to take care of our son's pool (he'd been transferred to TX) and was selling his house. The estimate he'd gotten from a local pool company to get it up and running was $1182.95. The sales people at Leslie's were great! Very informative and helpful. With their help we were able to get the pool in swimming condition in less than three days for $110.00. Yes, we did purchase our products from them - they're able to test the water and tell us exactly what it needs and what to do, step-by-step. Saved a lot of time and money. I don't support using someone's equipment and then going to another company to make the purchase. If you're going to do that, have the business with the cheaper products tell you what you need.

They said all sales are final.. I requested a refund for supplies they told me I needed that was double price that other places. go to Lowe's across the street, same stuff half price. so no refund even with receipt. customer service sucks.
